Complete the secure online application Once submitted, our leasing team will review your application and contact you promptly. If you prefer personalized assistance, our team is happy to guide you through the process or help you choose the right floor plan.

Applicants must demonstrate gross monthly income equal to at least two times the monthly rent. Income verification is completed by a third party screening provider, with online support available throughout the process.

LoHi House offers flexible lease options, typically ranging from 6 to 15 months. Short term and month to month leases may be available depending on timing and availability. Our leasing team can help you find the best option.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents and must remain active for the duration of the lease. We can connect you with our preferred insurance provider to make setup fast and easy.
